The Cumbrian Coast Express (London Euston - Carlisle)

One of many The Railway Touring Company tours running in 2020, passengers are taken on a trip from London Euston Station, picking up from selected stations on route, a class 86 electric engine takes you up the busy West Coast Mainline to Carnforth, where the train swaps traction to a steam locomotive.

The steam engine will then take passengers along the famous Settle and Carlisle Route for Carlisle, where you stop for a quick visit to the city. The train will then return London bound.

This tour boards at London Euston, Watford Junction, Milton Keynes Central, Northampton, Rugby, Nuneaton, Crewe and Preston on its way to Carlisle.
