The Churnet Valley Railway Polar Express is a magical journey through the wintery wonderland of Staffordshire, England.
As you board the train, you are immediately transported to the enchanting world of Chris Van Allsburg’s classic children’s book, “The Polar Express.”
The vintage carriages are festooned with fairy lights, glittering baubles, and holly wreaths, creating a festive atmosphere that is both cozy and cheerful.
As the train departs, you can feel the anticipation building as the famous story is brought to life. The conductor, dressed in his smart uniform, checks your tickets, and invites you to join in singing carols, as the train winds its way through the picturesque Churnet Valley countryside.
