London, Devon and Wales passengers urged Not To Travel after severe flooding

Great Western Railway released a Do Not Travel warning for passengers as the effects of Storm Bert continue to cause problems.

Severe flooding and trees down have blocked a number of lines, leading to the GWR network-wide Do Not Travel Warning.

Disruption is expected until the end of the day today (25th November)

Passengers can use tickets on Tuesday or Wednesday.

Current routes (at the time of writing) that are affected are St Davids – Barnstaple via Crediton, Liskeard – Looe, Newton Abbot – Plymouth, (Wilts) – via Gloucester, – Swansea via Bristol Parkway, Bristol Temple Meads – Taunton, London Paddington – and London Paddington – Bristol Temple Meads.
