Hull Trains 802 arrives into Hull

At this year’s National Rail Awards, open access operator, , won the coveted ‘Great Place to Work’ title.

The awards, which were held in London, celebrate achievements across the rail industry, and this award shows that Hull Trains has ‘effective and approachable’ leadership that supports the development of the workforce.

The latest ORR figures show that Hull Trains has 98.9% reliability with cancellations being reduced year on year.

Hull Trains says that its victory highlighted its approach to workforce diversity, with 27% of its train drivers being female.

There’s a real sense of pride for Hull Trains in securing the coveted ‘Great Place to Work’ title at the National Rail Awards.
