Brighton stations M&S store has now been refurbished and reopened.
The store’s team gathered on the Govia Thameslink station’s main concourse with Percy Pig as a special guest to cut the ribbon and open the store.
The store had a large upgrade inside and now includes a bakery along with the previous selection of food.
Those travelling can now use the store for their snacking needs or to-go options.
Click and Collect is also available to speed up your journey.
“We’re delighted that Marks & Spencer is open again at Brighton. Their upgrade is great news for our customers, who can enjoy even more of the quality and choice that M&S offer. And it’s great to see retail businesses investing in our stations after such a difficult period. As passenger numbers recover, station retail units are once more being seen as good opportunities for thriving trade. We’re looking forward to a great variety of high-quality retail openings at stations across the network.”
David Gornall, Commercial Director of Govia Thameslink Railway
