The Chinnor & Princes Risborough Railway has announced its third guest locomotive, which will attend their Steam Gala in September.
The Caledonian 439 Class ‘55189’ will be the final visiting loco in the gala lineup, courtesy of the Scottish Railway Preservation Society.
This is the first time this sole surviving loco will be on the line during the gala.
The loco will feature alongside 7820 ‘Dinmore Manor’ and returning loco GWR Small Prairie ‘4555’ on the 13th, 14th and 15th September.
