Northern is reminding NHS workers to claim a 25% discount on advance tickets.

The reminder comes on the 76th anniversary of the creation of the NHS on Friday 5th July.

The discount is available through the Health Service Discounts in partnership with Network, which also covers teachers, carers and employees of registered charities.

The 25% off advance tickets will be available on all of the operators 2,500 daily services.

As the second largest operator in the UK, Northern has partnered with Network as they specialise in employee discounts and benefits, increasing the accessibility of travel.
