Festival goers attending Latitude on Thursday 25th July til Sunday 28th July have been given advice for travelling by Greater Anglia.
The festival is taking place at Henham Park, Suffolk, with the nearest rail station being Halesworth.
Those attending should travel on the East Suffolk line between Ipswich and Lowestoft to reach Halesworth station.
There will be a shuttle bus, operated by Latitude Buses, from the station to the festival ground.
Extra staff will also be around on these dates to aid with travel and other information.
Some rail services running on Thursday 25th, Friday 26th, and Monday 29th July will be departing early to allow for additional time at Halesworth. Customers using the line on these dates should check before they travel.
In order to save time during the festival, it is advised that tickets are purchased before travel at www.greateranglia.co.uk.
Further information in the shuttle services can be found at www.latitudebuses.co.uk
“Travelling by train is one of the most sustainable forms of transport and we’re very pleased to help festival-goers attend Latitude again this year.
“All trains will run with the maximum number of carriages available, however we are expecting services to be very busy, particularly on Monday 29 July as people make their way home. Passengers should allow more time for their journeys.
“Our new trains are longer and have more seats, however we would ask everyone to be patient while boarding as we are expecting higher than usual passenger numbers on these services.”
James Reeve, Area Customer Service Manager, Greater Anglia
