On Saturday 15th June, TransPennine Express (TPE) will put on an extra service from Liverpool to Manchester for Taylor Swift fans heading home from the ‘Eras Tour’ at Anfield Stadium.
The singer will bring her record-breaking “Eras” tour to the Anfield Stadium over three nights from Thursday 13th June to Saturday 15th June. The tour chronicles Taylor Swift’s entire musical career.
The stylish TransPennine service will depart from Liverpool Lime Street at 23:32 on the Saturday and will stop at Liverpool South Parkway, Warrington Central, and Birchwood.
It will arrive at Manchester Piccadilly at 00:34.
But on Thursday 13th and Friday 14th June, fans heading home after the show can still do so in style by catching the 00:18 direct train from Liverpool Lime Street to Manchester Victoria.
TransPennine introduced this service as part of the June 2024 timetable change. Its schedule is perfectly in sync with this concert!
Fans travelling to the concert can also keep an eye out for some “lover” sweets that the organisers will distribute onboard these trains over the three days of the tour.
Fans who haven’t yet purchased their rail tickets to travel to the concert can do so via TransPennine’s website: tpexpress.co.uk
Here is where you can find further information for anyone heading to the event.

We are pleased to be able to offer this extra service to help get fans home after enjoying the concert.
And as customers know all too well, it’s not a bad idea to check before you travel.

Has Taylor Swift ever been on the train before. Maybe she should and to surprise everybody with her singing her songs whilst riding on the train.
