British Transport Police detectives have released CCTV images in connection with their investigations into an assault at a London Underground Station.
The assault took place at Borough station on the London Underground in South London between 6 pm and 6.30 pm on Thursday, 23 May.
A woman was in the station lift when a man entered it and hit the woman in the face with his phone.
During the attack, the woman sustained facial injuries.
Police officers believe the man shown in these CCTV images may have information that could help their investigation and are asking that anyone who recognises the man in the images or who witnessed the assault to get contact them.
If anyone thinks they recognise the man, or has any other information about the assault, they are asked to contact British Transport Police by text to 61016, or by calling 0800 40 50 40 quoting reference 598 of 23 of May.
Alternatively, anyone with information can contact Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111.
