Rail Minister Huw Merriman has confirmed he will also be onboard the tour, which runs on Thursday, 9th May 2024.
Departing London Paddington at 6pm, the tour will make its way through Reading, Newbury and Bradford-on-Avon before arriving into Bath.
Huw Merriman will meet with passengers and answer their questions on its way to the capital, where it will arrive at 10:30pm.
All proceeds from the tour will go towards Railway Children’s work in the UK, India and Tanzania.
Timings for the tour havent been announced yet, but make sure to keep an eye on our Railtours page for the latest timings.
“Railway Children supports vulnerable children around the world and is our own special railway charity. Please support us by enjoying this brilliant evening on one of Britain’s premier trains and supporting Railway Children while you do so.”
