Great Western Railway are urging people this afternoon not to travel beyond Plymouth after an unexploded bomb was found in Plymouth.
Emergency services will close the railway from 2pm until 6pm today to remove the wartime bomb.
Those travelling to Devon and Cornwall are advised to avoid travelling beyond Plymouth and to delay their journey.
Passengers travelling from Cornwall are being advised to avoid travelling beyond Liskeard.
Replacement transport is being affected to as the removal of the bomb is affecting the road network.
Passengers can use their tickets later today or up to and including Saturday 24th February.

This report gives the impression that the bomb was found on the railway. It was found in someone’s garden in Keyham which granted is not very far from the railway.
