Europe’s largest rolling stock leasing company, Alpha Trains, has signed an agreement with , which will see their recently ordered EURO9000 locomotives fully serviced for a minimum of 10 years.

During 2023, Alpha Trains placed an order for 12 of the latest generation of the six-axle hybrid multi-system EURO9000 locomotives, which are expected to be delivered during 2025 and 2026.

The milestone agreement will cover all the locomotives ordered from their delivery and will include preventive, corrective and heavy maintenance, providing Alpha Trains with the very highest standards of reliability and efficiency for its customers.

The contract marks the longstanding partnership between the two companies, which aims to improve sustainability whilst offering efficient transport solutions throughout Europe.

Stadler’s extensive service network, excellent maintenance track record and shared values have led us to this agreement, which will enable Alpha Trains to provide best of class customer service for the latest purchased Stadler EURO9000 locomotives.
