A much loved TV character is set to visit the Severn Valley Railway this March, providing a fun day out for all the family.
Bluey will be visiting the Highley Engine House on Saturday 23rd and Sunday 24th March 2024.
A heritage train will take passengers to Highley, with regular appearances from Bluey throughout the day.
Families can board at Kidderminster or Bridgnorth and the ticket includes entry to The Engine House to see Bluey.
Lewis Maddox, visitor engagement manager said: “We are excited to have Bluey visiting The Engine House Highley for the first time ever. Families will be able to travel in style by heritage train to Highley and see their favourite character whilst creating memories together. Don’t forget to bring your camera!”

Its no 600 Gordon ex longmoor military railway
Me neither. It looks rather like Gordon the big blue engine (from Thomas the tank engine and friends), which is based on “Gordon” the real big blue engine, from the long closed Longmoor Military Railway (LMR), which (I believe) is still MOD (Ministry Of Defence) property, and was named after general Gordon.
It would be good if you explained who Bluey is. I for one have never heard of this much loved TV character.
Who is bluey??
Looks more like Gordon from Thomas the tank engine!!!🚂
