Tram services through Manchester Victoria will be severely disrupted this Sunday, 25 February, whilst more engineering works take place in connection with a cracked rail that was removed last month.
Only trams on the Bury, Airport, and Oldham and Rochdale lines will be affected, and trams on these routes will terminate at Queens Road and Monsall respectively.
A shuttle bus service will run between Queens Road and Monsall and the city centre, whilst all other lines operate as normal.
Engineers will schedule their work so that services will return to normal on Monday, 26 February.

Danny Vaughan, TfGM’s Head of Metrolink, said: “Safety is our top priority and following the removal of some damaged rail at Victoria, further engineering works are needed on Sunday.
“We apologise for the inconvenience and will have replacement buses running for people coming in on the Bury or Rochdale and Oldham lines and wanting to get into the city.”
