Northern is the largest train operator in the north of England and the second largest in the country, and employs more than six and a half thousand people. It has vacancies in many of its job roles, including working on trains, at stations, in maintenance depots and in offices.

Jobfair.com is organising the recruitment fairs, which are free to attend, and expects up to two thousand job hunters to attend each event.

  • meet and speak directly to the operator’s representatives
  • find out about various roles at Northern
  • gain insight into the benefits associated with working for Northern
  • find out more about career development, training and apprenticeships at Northern.

Northern offers a variety of roles from entry to senior level. As it provides training, applicants do not necessarily need experience.
