Caledonian Sleeper and Cycling UK are offering the chance for one person to win a return journey for two in a Club En-Suite room onboard the Sleeper as part of their New Year Raffle.
Cycling UK has been promoting cycling for more than 140 years, protecting the interests of existing and would-be cyclists, and inspiring people across the country to discover the joys of all forms of cycling.
Last year’s UCI World Cycling championships took place in Scotland, and the Scotland-to-England overnight train service wants to contribute to legacy that encourages more people to take to two wheels. In a separate initiative, a fund of two million pounds will fund improvements to Scotland’s cycling infrastructure.
As a charity, Cycling UK has to raise funds, and is organising a money-raising raffle in which the return journey onboard the Caledonian Sleeper is one of twenty prizes. Raffle tickets cost one pound each and are available on Cycling UK’s website until 28 February. Cycling UK will contact the winner by 8 March.
Each person may buy up to one hundred tickets. The terms and conditions of the raffle are available to read here.
