British Transport Police (BTP) has released an update into their murder investigation after a man was stabbed and unfortunately died at Strawberry Hill railway station last Monday, 8 January.

Four people were initially arrested in connection with the incident, and a 19-year-old man, a 20-year-old man, and a 15-year-old boy have all been released under investigation, whilst a 16-year-old boy has been released on police bail.

In response to the stabbing, British Transport Police has increased its high visibility patrols in the area and is working with their colleagues at Metropolitan Police to provide a visible reassurance to the community.

Police received a to Strawberry Hill railway station in south London at 11.53 pm last Monday night after receiving reports of a man being injured. As part of their investigations, detectives are asking anyone who lives in the vicinity of Strawberry Hill railway station who might have seen or heard something or captured something on their CCTV, dash-cam, or doorbell footage between 11 pm on Monday, 8 January and 12.15 am on Tuesday, 9 January to get in touch with them.
