Eurostar has announced that tickets for travel to the EURO 2024 football tournament in Germany which takes place from Friday, 14 June to Sunday, 14 July 2024, are now on sale.
Tickets can be purchased on the new Eurostar website for travel from London to Essen and Cologne, where England play two games in the group stage in their bid to win the Henri Delaunay Trophy.
Eurostar now has as expanded network where customers can travel from London to Brussels and make seamless connections for onward travel to Germany as well as many other destinations.
England’s games in the group stage are on Monday, 16 June against Serbia in Essen, against Denmark in Frankfurt on Thursday, 20 June, and Slovenia on Wednesday, 25 June in Cologne.
Travel time between London and Brussels is less than two hours with Eurostar, whilst from Brussels o Cologne takes 1 hour 47 minutes and to Essen in 2 hours 42 minutes. By using the Eurostar app or website the complete journey can be booked as one journey. Eurostar also offers travelling supporters a generous luggage allowance so that they can take plenty of England gear.
The Eurostar website can also be used to book tickets for travel to other popular Eurostar destinations, including Dusseldorf and Dortmund where England could play if they progress beyond the group stage. With up to five Eurostar trains running daily direct between Brussels and German cities, it is easy for fans to plan their journeys to the tournament.
