British Transport Police (BTP) have issued a CCTV image of a man they wish to question relating to an incident at station in south London.

A robbery took place on platform two at the station at around 15:30 on Tuesday 14 November.  The man approached the victim who was on the platform and demanded that they hand over their designer jacket.  The man then threatened the victim with a knife.

The jacket was handed over by the victim and the man made off from the station, heading towards Rye Lane.

Officers believe that the man shown in the image may have information which could assist the investigation and would like to speak to him.

Anyone who recognises him should contact BTP by texting 61016 or by calling 0800 40 50 40 quoting reference number 369 of 14 November 2023.

Alternatively, anyone who can help can call Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111.
