British Transport Police officers are appealing for help in their investigations into an attempted robbery that took place last Tuesday, 19 September at Birmingham Snow Hill railway station.
To help their investigations, they have released these CCTV images in connection with the incident which happened at 5.40 pm last Tuesday, 19 September when a 71-year-old man was walking through Birmingham Snow Hill station. Another man attempted to distract the victim, then grabbed his wrist in an attempt to steal his watch.
The first man was then joined by two other men who restrained the victim as they attempted to steal his bag and watch. When the victim shouted for assistance, the three men ran off in the direction of the station entrance.
British Transport Police officers believe the individuals shown in the CCTV image may have information that could help them with their investigation.
