Theft at Glasgow Central sees continuing investigation by British Transport Police

British Transport Police are investigating a theft which took place on Monday the 19th of June at around 2pm in Glasgow Central station.

CCTV images have been released of a male that officers believe could help with enquiries with the hope that he or members of the public that recognise him will contact the police.

The man has been described as follows:

  • Eastern European
  • Aged between 30 and 40 years old
  • Medium build
  • Black, short, thin hair with dark facial hair
  • Wearing a grey zipper, dark grey t-shirt, light blue jeans, black NIKE trainers and a navy backpack
