Haltwhistle station, which is part of the Network on the Tyne Valley Line, is hosting a brand new exhibition entitled ‘ is Something Special’. The exhibit centres on the history and heritage of the local area, offering a fascinating and thoroughly enjoyable insight into the area.

The exhibition is open every day and is free to visit and has been put together by the Haltwhistle Partnership (station adopters) alongside members of the community, with research undertaken by both volunteers and local residents.

A future exhibition for the delightful Haltwhistle station is also in the planning for the early part of 2024 and is set to put local foods in the spotlight.
