Today is the big day for Angry Welshman Productions and Blast Pipe Production, as they take a GWR King locomotive all the way from London to Edinburgh

They are also raising funds for The Railway Children charity, with an original target of £500.

However, within the first hour of the stream, they have currently raised £1000 (at the time of writing).

The train is currently heading towards Peterborough so there is still plenty of time to tune in and donate.

Of course, this is all simulated, in the popular title “Train Simulator Classic”, which is created by Dovetail Games.

Both Rhys & Sam are known for their series of livestreams, the “Virtual Footplate” series, in which Rhys & Sam team up to take charge of a steam locomotive and work together to perform the duties of driver & fireman.
