A points scheme has been launched by Virgin Trains Ticketing, where anyone buying train tickets through Virgin Trains Ticketing will receive points that can be used to obtain discounts on future ticket purchases.
Travellers who use Virgin Trains Ticketing to book any train ticket across Great Britain will be awarded three Virgin Points for every £1 they spend. Once they have accrued 200 points, they can receive discounts on future tickets and earn even more points at the same time. So, the more times you book, the more points you earn, and the more you pounds save.
As well as obtaining discounted, or even free, train travel, the points open up hundreds of ways in which they can be spent with Virgin Red. These come with a whole range of exciting rewards, including flights, wine, gigs, and holidays, or even morning coffee.
Virgin points are worth £1 for every 200 points, so 1,000 points are worth £5, 10,000 points are worth £50, and 50,000 points are worth £250.
