To celebrate last month’s coronation of King Charles III that took place on Saturday, 6th May, four of the top tourist attractions in and around the picturesque Cotswold village of Broadway have collaborated to provide visitors with a selection of offers and the chance to win a luxury weekend away.
A special Coronation Card is available at each of the four participating attractions until the end of June.
After paying full price at the first site, upon presentation of the Coronation Card, visitors will receive special offers when they visit the other participating venues.
Visitors can get their Coronation Card stamped at each venue they visit, and visitors who get their card stamped at all four attractions will be entered in a prize draw to win a luxury weekend away at the Old School House in nearby Dumbleton.
The accommodation is in a Grade-II listed cottage with space for up to eight guests on a self-catering basis. In order to be entered into the prize draw, visitors should hand in their completed coronation card at the fourth attraction that they visit.
The attractions taking part and their Coronation Card offers are:
- The Gloucestershire Warwickshire Steam Railway (GWSR) runs from Cheltenham Racecourse to Broadway, and visitors with the Coronation Card can enjoy a free coffee and GWSR Guidebook in The Refreshment Room at Broadway Station;
- The Gordon Russell Design Museum is housed in the former drawing office and workshop of the famed designer Gordon Russell and was opened by Sir Terence Conran in 2008. The Coronation Card provides “Get 2 for 1” entry to the museum;

- Broadway Museum & Art Gallery has displays that show the rich social history and cultural significance of Broadway. The Coronation Card offers “Get 2 for 1” entry to the museum;
The competition and promotion last until Friday, 30th June 2023.
