  1. Suppose ‘mangement-speak’ including such meaningless terms such as “results driven approach” and “relentless focus” are ‘driving our services forward’ nowadays! Perhaps fewer cancellations, an understandable fares structure and a visible presence of responsibility (remember the B.R. ‘Black Macs’ movements inspectors?) would be alien to today’s ‘Directors of Customer Experience’, etc., etc., etc.
