Model railway maker Bachmann has announced the latest additions to its Graham Farish range of N-scale models.
Although it was previously announced that the BR Standard 5MT steam locomotive has been undergoing SOUND FITTED upgrades, the Ivatt 2MT locomotive has undergone similar upgrades.
New models of the Ivatt 2MT steam locomotive, including SOUND FITTED versions, will be produced this summer, as well as further versions of the BR Standard 5MT steam locomotive. SOUND FITTED versions of previously announced locomotives will also be introduced later this year.
Following the recent launch of an OO scale version of the MXA ‘Lobster’ bogie open wagon, an N-scale version in the Graham Farish range is being introduced. Just as in the OO scale model, two versions of the N scale MXA ‘Lobster’ will be available, one of which will feature traditional brake blocks and levers, whilst the second will depict a wagon fitted with disc brakes.
Earlier this year there were a number of additions to the Graham Farish range of rolling stock with the release of various new wagons. The latest additions now see coaches added to the range when a substantial number of new additions to both BR Mark 1 and BR Mark 2F coach ranges will be released this Summer. There will be numerous vehicle types catering for many of the most popular liveries across the eras, and in many cases, two different running numbers will be available for each model.
Turning to the wagon fleet, there will be new liveries for both the TTA tank wagon and OBA open wagon appear, each with a choice of two running numbers, and new versions of the classic 16-ton steel mineral wagon, and the type that superseded them, the HAA hopper wagon.
Earlier this year, Bachmann announced the addition of Class 350 and 450 EMUs to its Graham Farish model railway range.
