In its striking new livery, 60007 Sir Nigel Gresley will take to the mainline this Wednesday (5th April 2023) as it heads to the Nene Valley Railway.
Departing its base at Crewe at 09:45, the locomotive will pass through Stafford (10:16), Nuneaton (10:58), Leicester (11:25), Melton Mowbray (12:44), Oakham (12:57), Peterborough (13:26) and Orton Mere on the Nene Valley Railway at 13:40.

The [Magnificent] Gresley & Mallard were both ticked off in my TS book at Crewe Station in 1960 on a spotting trip with my Dad !!! Evening Star & City of Coventry also ruled in !!! Magic Days
