The East Railway (EMR) has been recognised as a 2023 Top Employer, making it the seventh consecutive year.

The certification of Top Employer highlights the organisation’s dedication to a better work environment and shows this through policies and people practices.

The certification is given based on the participation and results of their HR Best Practices Survey.

The survey covers 6 HR domain, including 20 topics such as work environment, learning, wellbeing, diversity and more.
