The Yeovil Railway Centre are holding a gala day tomorrow, 17th July, to bid farewell to Andrew Barclay locomotive 1398 Lord Fisher.
1398 Lord Fisher is set to bow out of service tomorrow after 10 years in service – but now it is time for an overhaul.
Currently, the Yeovil Railway Centre says there isnt the funds to overhaul the locomotive, so Lord Fisher will take a well earned rest whilst funds are sourced.
The gala day will feature Lord Fisher alongside Pectin and diesel goods trains, as well as Driver for a Fiver.
Tickets for the gala cost £9 per adult with children going free with a paying adult (£4 otherwise).
