The launch of the new platform will support small and medium companies, providing a better approach to making rail bookings with TransPennine Express

TransPennine Express Business is an online portal which is now available for companies to book rail travel 24 hours a day, offering the lowest fares whilst providing a unique reporting package which will help to monitor overall spend.

Companies using TransPennine Express Business can add authorised users and will give them the ability to book tickets at thresholds set by the business. The platform also provides the ability to limit the class of travel, outline the reason for travel and assign bookings to a cost centre.

Earlier this year, TransPennine Express launched a ticketing initiative which saw discounts for booking group travel providing a 20% discount for parties of 10+ travelling at the same time.
