Clan Line steam locomotive to visit Bristol and Bath this Wednesday with The Belmond British Pullman

Steam locomotive 35028 Clan Line will be back in steam on the mainline and will be in London and Bristol on Wednesday 6th October 2021.

The Merchant Navy locomotive is on a special railtour. 35028 is hauling ‘The Belmond British Pullman’ railtour on Wednesday.

The steam locomotive will depart London Victoria at approximately 08:46.

The railtour will then head for Bristol, where it will steam through Clapham Junction (09:01), Brentford (09:14), Staines (09:31), Bracknell (09:55), Reading (10:30), Didcot Parkway (10:49), Swindon (11:49), Chippenham (12:21), Bath Spa (12:42) and Bristol Temple Meads at 13:06.

After a break in Bristol, the train will depart at 15:41 and will pass through Bath Spa (15:54), Westbury (16:21), Salisbury (17:00), Basingstoke (17:39), Farnborough (17:53), Byfleet & New Haw (18:13), Twickenham (19:02), Richmond (19:09), Clapham Junction (19:24), and London Victoria at 19:45.
