Steam locomotive to visit Norwich and Great Yarmouth this Saturday

Steam locomotive 61306 Mayflower will be on the mainline again this Saturday, as it hauls a special railtour to Great Yarmouth.

Departing London Kings Cross at 07:38, the locomotive will pass through Alexandra Palace (07:55), Stevenage (08:47), Hitchin (08:53), Royston (09:10), Cambridge (09:38), Cambridge North (10:28), Ely (10:44), Thetford (11:12), Wymondham (11:37), Norwich (12:07), Brundall (13:02), Acle (13:12) and Great Yarmouth at 13:50.

After time in Great Yarmouth for passengers, the train will depart at 16:10 and will pass through Reedham (16:32), Cantley (16:36) Trowse (16:57), Wymondham (17:50), Brandon (18:19), Ely (18:46), Cambridge (19:27), Royston (19:51), Hitchin (20:19), Stevenage (20:24), Finsbury Park (21:04) and London Kings Cross at 21:10.

NOTE: The train is diesel hauled between Great Yarmouth and Norwich on the return journey.
