This Friday (1st October) train operator Northern are giving passengers the chance to meet its team at Hexham railway station.

Between 8am and 10.30am senior staff will be on hand to chat to passengers about everything Northern whether it be stations, services or trains.

If you are a passenger using services in the area then this is your chance to give them feedback on your journey.

Kerry Peters, Regional Director at Northern, said: “Our customers are at the heart of everything we do and we want to give them the opportunity to meet with us to talk through our plans for the region. We’ll also be available to answer any questions our customers may have about Northern.”
