Flying Scotsman to pass through Darlington this Friday!

Flying Scotsman on the East Lancashire Railway

Ex-LNER A3 No. 60103 Flying Scotsman will be on the mainline this Friday as it heads to York.

Flying Scotsman will be heading through Darlington as it makes its way from Locomotion in Shildon to the National Railway Museum in York.

Departing Shildon at 11:00, the A3 locomotive will pass through Newton Aycliffe (11:08), Heighington (11:13), Darlington (11:32), Northallerton (11:46), Thirsk (11:54), York (12:25), and the National Railway Museum at 12:40.
