Network Rail is one of the top 50 places to work according to the Employees’ Choice Awards by Glassdoor.

They have been ranked 29th in the awards by the job and recruiting site.

The winners of the awards are decided by anonymous employee feedback on the Glassdoor website over the last 12 months.

Employees have scored highly for the supportive work culture, family atmosphere, flexible working policies, competitive pay and benefits, and opportunities for progression.

Pauline Holroyd, group HR director at Network Rail, said: “I’m really pleased that Network Rail is among Glassdoor’s Best Places to Work for 2021. The award is particularly special because it’s based on the feedback of those that know us best – our colleagues – who have worked incredibly hard over the past year to keep Britain moving in exceptionally challenging circumstances, and who continue to do so.”

“It’s a real accolade to achieve this recognition during such a challenging year, and highlights the progress we’ve made in making Network Rail an even better place to work for our staff.”
