As Lockdown in England continues, we thought we would start a new series where we show off some clips that we have filmed over the years.
So… Lets Go Round Again with RailAdvent 360 – a series of videos of around 6 minutes in length.
In Episode 1, we head back to early 2020, and pre-COVID as we see GWR Prairie No. 4144 tackle the gradients of the Keighley and Worth Valley Railway.
The locomotive was visiting from the Didcot Railway Centre and was one of the star guests for the 2020 Spring Steam Gala at the Keighley and Worth Valley Railway.
4144 joined 45596 Bahamas as well as all available home fleet locomotives at the gala.
Clips included in the video show:
- 4144 approaching Damems in some lovely Spring morning weather with the morning freight to Oxenhope.
- 4144 departing Oakworth as the light begins to fade with an excellent sound and smoke effects
- 4144 approaching Oakworth with 45212 as the event began to come to a close
