Real Time Trains has announced that c2c has become the next train operator to join their Know Your Train scheme.
c2c currently operates trains from London Fenchurch Street and London Liverpool Street to Shoeburyness to serve Upminster, Pitsea and Southend.
Today’s release allows passengers to find out information about the train, such as WiFi, Air Con and where the disabled accessibility coach is.
However, due to the current Coronavirus restrictions, exact train allocations will not be available – a similar approach was given when LNER joined the scheme back in June.
c2c follows on from train operators Cross Country and Northern who joined the service recently.
Know Your Train is now available for 34,000 train services each week, with cover a total of 1.6 million miles.
