On a recent visit, the toilets were out of order, allegedly, and I was directed over the road. I was asked if I had a ticket as if this was the key to access the facilities! Very abrupt staff.
The flowers does make the station more attractive. Well done Avanti West Coast.
Such a beautiful station on the West Coast Main Line. Wonderful.
