The South Devon Railway, along with PNP Events Ltd, has announced plans to run The Polar Express this Christmas.

Tickets to the Christmas experience go on sale on 31st July at 10 am. You can register your interest by clicking here to visit their website.

Families will be able to hop aboard the steam train in Buckfastleigh, located 30 minutes from Plymouth and Exeter. Chefs will serve hot chocolate and cookies.

The conductor will stamp your ticket, and just like that, you have arrived in the North Pole. Santa Claus will meet you onboard the Polar Express.

Santa will greet children and deliver them their first Christmas present – a silver bell!
