Train operating companies are warning passengers of disruption today (13th July) after overhead wires were damaged between Watford Junction and Willesden Junction.
A delay of up to 30 minutes may be seen on trains between Watford Junction and London Euston. Trains may also be cancelled or revised.
Avanti West Coast is running a reduced service on routes between Manchester Piccadilly, Birmingham New Street and London Euston.
Southern trains may be cancelled or delayed by up to 20 minutes. Trains may also terminate at / start from Shepherds Bush. All stations between Wembley Central and Milton Keynes Central will not be used.
If passengers require stations between Shepherds Bush and Watford Junction, passengers should change at Shepherds Bush for London Underground trains.
London Northwestern Railway has said that passengers can use tickets on London Overground to complete their journey.
It is expected that disruption will last until the end of the day.
Operators are also calling on passengers to delay travelling if they cannot keep to the 2m social distancing guidelines.
