The Beamish Museum has announced that they will be welcoming visitors from Thursday 23rd of July 2020 following changes to Government guidance and advice.
The Museum can now reopen following a few months of temporary closure, but many social distancing and other safety measures will need to be implemented.
Although Beamish’s 350-acre site has some areas already suitable to ensure visitor safety, others will need changes which will be carried out between now and the 23rd of July.
Full details on the revised running of Beamish will be announced soon, with pre-booking tickets before your visit essential among one of them. For the latest information, please check the Beamish Museum’s website here.
The Museum and its volunteers would like to say a big thank you to everyone who has supported them during the COVID-19 outbreak.
