West Midlands Railway has announced that train services are being majorly disrupted this Easter Monday following damage to overhead power lines near Bescot Stadium.
No trains can currently run on the route and road replacement transport will be in operation.
The line block is affecting services between Walsall and Rugeley Trent Valley, where a minimal train service can run, supplemented by road transport.
A tree fell onto power lines at around 8.15 pm on Easter Sunday, causing significant damage.
Engineers are working to fix the issue as quickly as possible, but WMR is advising delays are likely to last until the afternoon.
Additionally, passengers are urged to only travel if absolutely essential to comply with the pandemic guidance.
