Chasewater Railway postpones almost ALL events until June

The Chasewater Railway has announced that they have made the decision to postpone almost all events until June. The reason being the risk to volunteers and visitors during the Coronavirus outbreak.

The events postponed include the pits to power stations weekend and Snow Queen events.

Mother’s Day will continue on March 22nd with any afternoon teas and cream teas booked at The Sidings Tea Room taking place as normal.

Regular timetabled trains will operate as usual at weekends for as long as the is able to.

The Chasewater Railway said:

We are taking daily advice from the government and will keep updating you as often as we can.
