A trespasser on the railway near Tamworth is resulting in trains through the station being delayed this morning.

Some lines are currently blocked by the incident.

Trains running through Tamworth are subject to an up-to 45-minute delay or maybe being diverted via Lichfield City.

Disruption at Tamworth is expected until around 12:00 on 7th February 2020.

CrossCountry is currently the only operator being disrupted at the time of writing.
