Steam locomotive 76084 set for West Somerset Railway gala

The West Somerset Railway has announced that BR Standard 4 No. 76084 will be visiting them for their Spring Steam Gala.

The Spring Steam Gala will be held between the 23rd and 26th April 2020.

Following the theme of BR Standard locos at this event, after BR 9F 92134 was announced, 76084 makes a superb addition to the gala.

76084 visits thanks to the 76084 Group and the North Norfolk Railway.

76084 is visiting Somerset for the very first time and will join 92134 and the home fleet and steep gradients of the WSR for the gala.

More visitors are yet to be announced, so what this space.
