UPDATE: Trains are now returning to normal – disruption expected until 12:30

Cows on the line have been reported near Pollockshaws West and are causing delays to trains.

ScotRail trains to and from Kilmarnock, East Kilbride and the Cathcart circle trains are being delayed.

At the time of writing, all Cathcart Circle services via Maxwell Park and Mount Florida will be cancelled.

Trains, as a result, are expected to be delayed by up to 40 minutes or may be subject to cancellation.

It is anticipated that disruption will continue until 10:30.

  1. Hi. Seems railways are trying there best to keep ontop of rail problems.
I live in Bristol and have been a steam train fan for quite a while,
Is there a site where heritage train trips/tours are grooped from or passing through that can be booked.?
