GWR 41XX Class No. 4144 has returned to its home of the after a holiday.

The locomotive has been away at the Severn Valley Railway for most of this year hauling services at the heritage railway in Kidderminster.

4144 now returns to Didcot to be available for their steaming days, more information can be found here.

Going back to the Severn Valley Railway from the Didcot Railway Centre was 813, which has spent some time at the GWR museum hauling trains.

We have visited the Didcot Railway Centre before, and would definitely recommend a visit. Especially if you are a Great Western fan!
