- Glasgow to Oban – curated by Katherine Bryan, Principal Flute
- Perth to Inverness – curated by Paul Philbert, Principal Timpani
What did the officials say?
ScotRail Head of Customer Operations, Phil Campbell said:
“As the official public transport provider for the RSNO, we’re delighted to be part of this special project.
“Customers can sit back, relax and take in the wonderful sounds of the RSNO’s talented musicians as they provide a soundtrack for the train.”
RSNO’s Director of Artistic Planning and Engagement, Bill Chandler said:
“ScotRail keep our musicians on the move throughout the year so it’s an absolute pleasure to treat commuters to the sounds of the RSNO. It’s always exciting to play music outside of the concert hall and I’m excited that those arriving in Edinburgh will be welcomed with music from Scotland’s National Orchestra.”
